No, and we never have been!

Our structure follows an Umbrella style arrangement but we only work with standard PAYE payroll options, and we never charge the worker.

There are no tax or NI economies created by our structure.

“The onboarding process is complicated & will take too long.”

Relax, we do all of the heavy lifting.

There are 2 elements to our onboarding – preparation and transfer.

In reality this is at most a 4 week process from start to finish.

We work with you every step of the way offering guidance and support whilst coordinating the onboarding process, so we minimise your input needed to deliver a smooth transition.

“No one will use the App.”

We pride ourselves on gaining over 90% engagement* with our Engage App.

The app is branded to your business so your workers are already bought in.

Our commercial structure is not impacted by usage, but our passion to deliver results is what drives us to work hard to gain maximum engagement!

*We define engagement as any worker registering on the App, who has accessed any of the services including payslips and pensions. Our experience tells us that this will be higher than our clients’ initially perceive.

“I have a strict Audit Process with my end-clients, you’ll complicate that!”

No – in reality we enhance your auditing process with full PAYE visibility, reports & quarterly VAT compliance packs for all clients.

We will also deliver information to your client as a joint operation with ourselves, if required.

“I don’t want to give up my employment responsibilities with our workers.” 

You don’t have to – we integrate to fit your process.

Your branded App will strengthen your relationships with your workers, keeping you connected to your workforce.

You are still responsible for the placement of the workers, including DSC, RTW, and identity checks.

“Can I utilise your GLAA Licence?”

Yes, absolutely. Our licences can be used by partners already in the GLAA sector who currently hold a licence. All aspects of recruiting need to have a licence in the chain. We have an ex-GLAA inspector at hand to support all our GLAA clients included in our service.

Our GLAA offering requires all companies in the supply chain to be GLAA licence holders. This is part of our Due Diligence check on our customers.

“I can only use ‘PAYE at source’ or FCSA Payroll companies.”

Simply put, ‘PAYE at source’ is Standard PAYE.

We meet all HMRC’s requirements to ensure workers are paid accurately and all elements of PAYE and NI (National Insurance) are also correct & visible.

We support your auditing process by including: full PAYE visibility, reports & quarterly VAT compliance packs for all clients.

“All of your services sound fantastic, it must be expensive…”

Yes, our service is subject to VAT, however we offer credit terms to our clients to ensure minimal cashflow impacts.
